I also grew up in the 50's. What wonderful childhood memories I have. Clothes on the line, family sitting down having a home cooked dinner every night. Walking at night and talking to neighbors. Great memories !!!!

I've heard about gluten and dairy also causing ADHD symptoms, but I'm overwhelmed at how to take those out of my child's diet. I've heard gluten free bread tastes like cardboard.
