About the chronic tardiness, if it's primping I agree. If it's arranging things for the babysitter or the kids' supper, finding the tickets, locking the back door, putting out the cat, closing the windows if it looks like rain, and turning off the radio, etc. while hubby taps his toes and whines - not so much.

In my early marriage, I read a magazine article telling a woman how to get ready to go out when she ONLY had two hours. I doubled over in laughter because with 3 littls boys, I never had two hours my whole life to get ready to go anywhere.
