Why can't Atlanta publish a crime report like the local small towns, with names, ages and charges?

Ms. Franklin, thanks oh so much for the T-Mobile cell tower in Little 5 Points that never went through the zoning process. "Administrative Permit" reaks of a back room deal.

We would be angry enough to do something about Fulton crimes if they were all reported.

Pennington and Franklin will hold a press conference to announce that car break-ins in Midtown have actually decreased; it's just that the broken car windows have lead to a "perception" that break-ins have increased.
