Parenting starts the moment that child is born not when they are unruly teen
That which is given to you is not as appreciated or cared for as much as that which you worked for.
One new years resolutions I wish politicians would take is read a bill before you pass it.
You would do your child a big favor to teach them to put $500.00 in a savings account and spend $100.00 of his/her "earned" money on 2 pair of shoes!
I look forward to missing Obama.
I went to a movie yesterday and sat behind a mom, trendy blonde, of course, and she and all 3 children had their feet propped up on the back of the seat in front of them. Nice parenting mom!
I fall into the uninsured gap today, and I had perfectly good health insurance. Another unintended consequence of liberal compassion.
Kathy Griffin...PLEASE STAY HOME next New Years Eve!
In this new year, Governor Deal, please use my tax money properly: build better schools, better roads, feed the hungry, heal the sick, care for the aged and afflicted; please quit giving so much of it away to those who already have more than enough.
George Orwell missed it by 30 years! It should have been titler "2014", not "1984."
Definition of a Hero: An ordinary person that does extraordinary things. The good news is that you can be one in 2014. Think about it.
Not a fan of Justin B. either, but he has made 200 "Make a Wish" kids wishes come true. Sometimes we don't see the good in people.
I've been to Bank of America Stadium where the Carolina Panthers play many times. It pales in comparison to the Georgia Dome!
To Rep Kingston - the National School Lunch Act was meant to feed children living in poverty so they can learn academics and raise up. Not so they can learn to sweep floors. Your ire is misplaced. Apply it to the Farm Bill which subsidies big agri-businesses who make billions in profits.
So sad to see vent after vent about the uninsured people in GA be voted to the bottom. Do you people just have no compassion for the less fortunate?
Why does a vent get voted to the bottom when it states the truth about Nathan Deal. His opposition to ACA is seriously hurting GA and and it's most indigent citizens. Pew research shows this is not what most Georgians want. But obviously the poor don't vote.
