Why on earth do the Vent editors publish rants that are total fabrications? Fact: Congress members and staffers are required to buy health insurance through the exchanges on Jan. 1 ... they are NOT exempt from Obamacare. Fact: All members of the U.S. Congress pay Social Security taxes and have done so since 1984.
