I don't understand why Dekalb County School System is considering wasting more money to build new schools. With all the school closures that have occurred in the last few years, there are many empty schools available to fix up. Spending would be less, rather than building from the ground up. Then they wonder why they have no money. Are you completely stupid or what????!!!
