When a citizen of these United States cannot have a beer while on VACTION in EUROPE without worrying about getting fired then we have become a sad nation.

Oh please give me a break, just because a teacher has a few beers on her VACATION doesn't in anyway imply she would ever come to work with a hangover. What poppycock. I hope she sues the principal and school system for all she can get. Since when are people not allowed to have a private life?

I don't drink beer and I don't advocate anyone else drink beer on their free time. But unless it affects one's job performance, or is illegal, why would someone try to dictate what they do on their free time?
