Economics 101- Lower taxes will ALWAYS equal higher revenues. Democrats DO NOT want you to prosper, they only want power over you.
I understand the concern over how OUR government spends OUR money. But I cannot comprehend fussing over how another person spends their own money.
I maybe spend $1 per month on the lottery, but it is mine to spend. Plus, it only takes a dollar to win.
Playing the lottery (or any other form of gambling) is fine as long as you do it with the dollars that you budgeted for entertainment. It's a problem only when you spend money on it that you need for the other, more important, things in life.

The way I see it, if I spend a dollar to play the lottery and don't win, someone still wins.
The lottery is a couple of dollares worth of hope; and, that's worth a lot more than a couple of dollars.
65% of the lottery money goes to the company running the lottery. Only 35% goes to the government. So you are mostly putting money in lottery worker pockets.
