Frommer’s Review
Just a block from the beach, this four-story, Spanish-motif Best Western is a refreshing change from its cookie-cutter siblings. It offers innlike rooms decorated with wildlife prints. A few suites have hot tubs in their living rooms. The more expensive Gulf-side units have balconies (those facing the bay do not). Doors open from an indoor pool, whirlpool, and exercise room to an outdoor pool, but you’ll have to negotiate your way across busy U.S. 98 to reach the Gulf.
