Getting there Biloxi is located on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi about 80 miles east of New Orleans, La., and about 60 miles west of Mobile, Ala. Travelers can follow I-55, I-65 or I-85 south to I-10 in Mobile, Ala., or in Hammond, La. Head toward Gulfport and Biloxi. In Mississippi, take I-110 at D’Iberville south over the Back Bay of Biloxi to U.S. Highway 90. Highway 90 runs along the coastline.
