Frommer’s Review
Lying next to a cricket field, this restaurant allows you to watch a match while you eat. It’s one of the island’s most popular sports-oriented gathering spots, but its lounge decorated with cricket memorabilia and the courtyard overlooking the sports arena are more posh than you might expect, and the food is certainly far better than at most sports bars. The creations are sometimes simple, sometimes complex, but almost always satisfying, as exemplified by the West Indian pork rib plate or the grilled lamb souvlakia. You might launch your repast with a chile-flavored tomato dipping sauce or tasty shrimp and seafood fritters with a rémoulade. The soups and salads are always fresh and homemade, including Antiguan lobster bisque or an East Indian curried chicken salad mixed with toasted coconut and fresh fruit. Nothing quite tops the Key lime cheesecake for dessert.
