Buckhead - Fulton County
Buckhead is one of Atlanta's oldest and most upscale neighborhoods, running north of Atlanta's Midtown district. Its epicenter is the intersection of Peachtree and Roswell roads. The area is known for high-rise condos, high-dollar homes and high-fashion shopping at Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square malls. A great deal of Atlanta history took place in this area and organizations such as the Atlanta History Center help keep those memories alive. Buckhead is also the hub of Atlanta's financial industry. Many of Atlanta's power players live, work and play in Buckhead.
