Owensboro: Home of bluegrass & 'Mister Bill'
Bill Monroe's homeplace at Jerusalem Ridge in Rosine is the birthplace of bluegrass music. In the 1920s and 1930s, 'Mister Bill' played with his brother, Charlie.
