Oxford, Miss., is decked out for fun
Oxford, Mississippi's Double Decker Festival is named for the bus the city acquired from London in 1994. About 50,000 people are expected for this year's festival on April 26, which features music, juried arts vendors, children's events, "Taste of Oxford" food booths and other attractions.
