Bikers party at Georgia's Angel City Rally

People who are born to be wild, or at least those who enjoy raucous parties, cheap beer and rock bands, should feel right at home in a South Georgia town, Angel City, near Unadilla. Angel City's builder, John Wayne Smith, said he wanted to create a biker haven - where everyone appreciates a custom ride, a good time and beers will sell for as cheap as $2 a bottle. The Angel City Rally has been an annual event since 2006. - Elliott Minor, Associated Press Ben Gray / AJC File
