Flying safely with your pets
Let the airline know you are traveling with a pet when you book, so you can make sure there is room for your dog or cat onboard. Most airlines only allow pets on board if the air temperature is greater than 45 degrees or less than 85 due to extreme temperatures in the cargo hold. AP Photo/Gayle Martz
