The Musée d'Orsay in Paris is another world-renowned museum. The turn-of-the-century train station, saved from demolition and remodeled, began its new life in December 1986, and since then has become one of Paris' top-ranked tourist attractions along with the Louvre and Versailles, drawing 3 million visitors yearly.
