The Civil War at 150

In this March 1, 2011 picture, shadows fall across the ruins of a textile mill at Sweetwater Creek outside Atlanta, now part of a Georgia state park. The mill, which supplied the Confederate army, was captured and burned in 1864 by Union Gen. William T. Sherman's troops. Over the next four years, Americans will mark the 150th anniversary of major events in the Civil War, which ran from 1861 to 1865. AP Photo/Chris Sullivan
