BEST OILMAN ALUMNUS: Oklahoma State's T. Boone Pickens has donated $265 million to the Cowboys' athletic department. He's now pitching the Pickens Plan, which promotes alternative energy sources. Arkansas' Jerry Jones was able to buy the Dallas Cowboys for $150 million with his oil money. He's now trying find ways to help the Cowboys win the Super Bowl. AP
