The No. 1 overall pick in the 1990 NFL Draft, Jeff George had a similar skill set to Stafford. He played for six teams during his 16-year NFL career, passing for 27,602 yards and 154 touchdowns. He led the Falcons to the playoffs in 1995. The next season, George got into a heated argument with coach June Jones and was suspended for the rest of the season.
