Tour Championship: Third round
Anthony Kim signs a ball for David Whitfield, 48 of Atlanta, after he was hit by Kim's drive on the ninth hole in the third round of The Tour Championship. Kim's tee shot went left striking Whitfiled on the right side of the face, just above the eye, leaving a serious wound. Whitfield was taken from the course by paramedics.
