Tech's 2009 football schedule
Sept. 5 vs. Jacksonville State. For the second straight year, Tech opens with the I-AA Gamecocks. Georgia Tech ran for 349 yards and six touchdowns and had 484 total yards when it opened the 2008 season against Jacksonville State.
