Quayshawn Nealy, ILB: Nealy fills a void he would rather not, in place of former linebacker Julian Burnett, whose Sun Bowl neck injury has sidelined him for the season and most likely permanently. Burnett led Tech in tackles for two seasons and brought passion and leadership to the entire team. Nealy can’t replace any of those things by himself — he’ll play alongside Daniel Drummond after his 1 1/2-game suspension ends — but he can offer his spee Johnny Crawford, jcrawford@ajc.com
