Tony Dorsett: Pitt was one of the nation's losingest football programs when Dorsett arrived in 1973. Taking advantage of the NCAA's new freshmen eligibility rule, Dorsett immediately turned around the school's football fortunes, leading Pitt to a winning record that first year.
