Michael Vick - Former Falcons quarterback Michael Vick signed a $140 million contract with Atlanta. He served 18 months in federal prison for his role in a dog fighting operation, and a judge in 2008 approved his bankruptcy plan after he got out. He declared more than $50 million in debts. His attorneys later estimated that he was spending $30,000 a month to support seven friends and relatives, including his mother. Jason Getz, jgetz@ajc.com
