Storm recovery continues
City of Ringgold Parks and Recreation Director Stephen Middlebrooks installs a new chain on a chainsaw Saturday April 30, 2011. The small staff of the Ringgold's Public Works Department worked 21 hours straight immediately following the storm. They are now working 12 hour shifts. "The saddest part is, we know most of these people and when you see them walk away with only a wagon or milk crate of their belongings it just tears you up" said Middlebrooks.
