Rob Arnold shovels ice off South Hurt Road in Smyrna so a neighbor could get traction to pull his stuck SUV out of the ditch, Thursday January 13, 2011. Arnold spun around after hitting a patch of ice returning home from work last night. Many road conditions have improved, but ice that melted yesterday refroze overnight as black ice.
