Residents along the 5300 block of Rockbridge Road in Stone Mountain woke up to a third day of winter weather with another ice glaze roads and a broken main pipe Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011. Crews from the DeKalb Public Works is getting the problem fixed which happened around 6 a.m. according to one of the crew on the scene. Vino Wong vwong@ajc.com
