Ed Leach along with about 12 other crew members arrived early this morning from Onaway, MI. He said they left Saturday night for Atlanta. About 20 power trucks from the Great Lakes Power & Pipe Inc. parked near North Point Circle in Alpharetta Monday. Vino Wong, vwong@ajc.com
