Decision against Love Shack
In December 2006, Federal District Judge Tom Thrash ruled the Love Shack was operating illegally if it didn't reduce the amount of adult merchandise. The county interpreted the judge's order to mean it could shut the Johns Creek shop down. The county did not though. In the photo, Cornetta huddles with an inspector from the county.
