FOGGY RIDE--Early morning fog blanketed the Austin area causing more a stir for the city visitors, than the local faithful who continued to jog, row and stand-up paddle board. By afternoon the fog gave way to clear blue skies and more spring-like weather. Ralph Barrera/Austin American-Statesman
