RESTAURANT OWNER SLAIN--Police investigate the scene as community members look on after a woman was shot and killed early Thursday August 16 2012 at a bar and restaurant in northwest Atlanta. The victim, Vanessa Thrasher, 53 of Lithia Springs according to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office - was the owner of O.T.'s Lounge Soul Food Grill on Joseph E.
