GETTING A LEG UP--A figure on a billboard advertisement seems to have an interest in what Georgia Power linemen were doing along East Paces Ferry at North Fulton Drive in Buckhead Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012. Georgia Power's Douglas McClure (shown here in bucket) was busy replacing a capacitor bank which keeps voltage from dropping too low in the area.
