BACK TO SCHOOL-- Crossing guard Danny Walton makes sure students and parents safely cross Peachtree Road at Peachtree Battle Ave. to get to E. Rivers Elementary school as Atlanta public schools returned to class on Monday, Aug. 6, 2012. On Monday students in Gwinnett, Douglas, Butts, Coweta, Heard, Henry, Lamar and Pike counties, as well as the City of Atlanta, headed back to class for another school year.
