It took 6 hours to renew Jennie's license. Long lines at the Sandy Springs DMV Tuesday July 3, 2012. A new Georgia state rule requiring renewals be done in person, new ID requirements, and the July 4th Holiday combined to make the process take just under 6 hours for many at the Sandy Springs DDS office.
