HAPPY GRAD--J'han Boynes, who received her Bachelor of Art and Science, moves her tassel as her degree is conferred during Clark Atlanta University's 2012 Commencement Convocation Monday May 21, 2012 in Panther Stadium. Congressman James E. Clyburn delivered the Commencement Address. U.S. President Barack Obama said Clyburn is "one of a handful of people who, when they speak, the entire Congress listens."
