HOOKY GONE WRONG--A child shot behind a DeKalb County elementary school late Thursday morning, May 17, 2012 was playing hooky with two other youths, and was wounded when one of the three fired a gun, police said. The shooting happened in a wooded area about 50 yards from Montclair Elementary School, said DeKalb Public Safety Director William Miller. Lt. Pam Kunz said investigators had determined the kids had skipped school in order to commit some burglaries. The boy was shot in the buttocks.
