THE TAXMAN COMETH, SOON--Jerrie Moss works the scene as commuters travel along the 5900 block of Roswell Road in Sandy Springs Thursday. Moss said she gets paid $7.50 an hour for waving and standing between 5-7 hours a day. Because of budget cuts the IRS has 5,000 fewer employees this tax season than last year, meaning that audits are less likely. But that also means that honest taxpayers will bear more of the burden, as the agency fails to catch some tax cheats. Filing deadline is April 17th. Vino Wong vwong@ajc.com
