WATERCOLORS--The streets remained wet and colorful Thursday morning, Feb. 16, 2012 as commuters began their day in downtown Atlanta on Centennial Olympic Parkway near Marietta Street. Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Karen Minton said there would be showers Thursday morning with rain ending in the early afternoon, but the clouds would be slow to clear.
