MINI-MARCHER--Roderick Norwood Jr, 5, honorary drum major for the Ronald McNair HS band, performs as the band marches in the 9th Annual Martin Luther King Holiday parade sponsored by the Dekalb County chapter of the NAACP, in Stone Mountain Village Monday January 16th, 2012. Five Dekalb County bands performed since they were scheduled in advance of a countywide suspension of band activities due to an investigation into alleged hazing incidents.
