STATE OF THE CITY--Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed delivers his annual "state of the city" address Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012, at the Georgia World Congress Center. Reed announced that the Atlanta Development Authority will be rebranded as "Invest Atlanta" to reflect its changing mission to recruit firms and investment to the city and cultivate startup companies.
