Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial dedication ceremony
In Atlanta, visitors lined up at The King Center that provided a Jumbotron viewing, joining thousands of other visitors for the dedication ceremony of the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial monument on the National Mall at the nation's capitol Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011. The ceremony comes two months after a hurricane delayed the original dedication and years after advocates began the quest to get the memorial built. Vino Wong, vwong@ajc.com
