Gwinnett County resident Susan Murrah called on District attorney Danny Porter to have a grand jury look into the proposed purchase of a 16-acre tract of land for $5.2 million for the McGinnis Ferry Road extension. The Gwinnett County Commission denied the purchase. (PHIL SKINNER, pskinner@ajc.com)
