Bill and Amanda Burke of Lawrenceville added a new member to their family when they adopted Zi Hua, 3, from China this summer. Amanda said, "It's something that Bill and I have wanted to do for many years." Bill said, "We could not have hand selected a child easier than this. I mean this is perfect."
