Dragon Boat Festival
The 13th annual Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival was held at the Lake Lanier Olympic Venue in Gainesville on Saturday. It may not look like it here, but the Gainesville State College (8) boat edged out the United States Postal Service boat (6) in the 28th heat. Phil Skinner / pskinner@ajc.com
