Don Sneiderman, the victim's father, whose testimony contradicted that of Andrea Sneiderman. Don Sneiderman said his son's wife called at roughly 9:30 a.m. that November day, when she was en route to Dunwoody Prep, to tell him, “Rusty has been shot.” Andrea Sneiderman testified she did not know her husband had been shot until she arrived at the hospital.
