Lithonia's political "mess"
Two aides to Lithonia Mayor Joyce McKibben were arrested Wednesday afternoon as they tried to enter City Hall. They were accompanying McKibben as she arrived to take possession of a new building key. Patrice Farmer and Ron Marshall were handcuffed and taken to the DeKalb County jail. Lithonia police charged them with obstruction of justice. Pictured is Rosser, the chief. John Spink/AJC
