Jessica Colotl back in court
Cobb County Sheriff Neil Warren listens to proceedings. Cobb County Superior Court Judge Mary Staley asked the district attorney and the sheriff to appear to consider whether Colotl should be allowed to enter pretrial diversion. She says the sheriff should have gotten a chance to weigh in on the decision. The Sheriff told the AJC last week that he believed Colotl deserved more than a "slap on the wrist."
