Cobb athletes compete in 'Senior Games'
The ribbons and medals awarded to athletes in the 18th annual Cobb Senior Games make a colorful display. The games, sponsored by the Marietta Parks and Recreation, are open to anyone 50 or older, and you don't have to live in Cobb County to participate. This year's games began in late April and will conclude on Friday at Laurel Park in Marietta with various events including a horseshoe toss, a fishing tournament, hog calling and corn shucking.
