Town of Rex delights in Obama connection
An ancestor of first lady Michelle Obama was recently traced to Rex, Ga. The historic town contains only a few structures, including the building at left, owned by Jane Daugherty, which at one time housed the bank, blacksmith, and mercantile store. Bob Andres, bandres@ajc.com
